Other fun things we did in SL

You already saw our Krispy Kreme excursion from the way up to Salt Lake, Here's what we did on the way home. We went with Becca and Alan to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. I was hesitant at first because Cooper didn't even like Pirate Island Pizza ( He was scared of the soundtrack of noises that was being played), so I thought dinosaurs would be way off the charts scary. Wrong! He loved all the bones and fossils (though he covered his ears when we entered rooms where they played sounds to simulate nature, not sure what that's about...) and especially loved playing in the sandy erosion exhibit. As did Leila:
They also liked the sandy "brush off dinosaur bones like a palaeontologist" exhibit:We also stopped in American Fork to visit Lexi who normally resides in Colorado, but happened to be visiting her parents house while we passed through. She's doing great and it was good to see her face! MAN! What a flashback to be in her parents house (where we hung out pre-jesse and post-jesse) with my kids! Seeing how old all her brothers and sisters are was nuts too... and Dixie (her cat) is huge!
